I'd really like to learn how people make the Machinima videos on YouTube!

After reading through the Machinima Wiki on Secondlife - I'm going to make something basic using camtasia... but I still don't know how they crop and overlay moving video action items.  I bet there is some machinima software that I haven't found - - yet.

The monkey is nuts in this video, but I wonder how they did cropped in the red RS hit point damage icons!!
