How To Play Mobilising Armies On Runescape

Mobilising Armies is a new multiplayer combat minigame on Runescape

With Mobilising Armies, instead of controlling just your Runescape Character, you’ll be controlling a whole battalion and fighting with tactics to outsmart and defeat your opponents.

How to Play

To play Mobilising Armies, just turn up at the command centre and the officers will find three other players and arrange your match for you.  The command centre is located just west of Oo’glog and can be reached via the Mobilising Armies teleport spell or a Ring of Dueling.

There are four different scenarios in Mobilsing Armies: Conflict, Siege, Hoard and Rescue.

Each presents its own set of challenges, such as building catapults, collecting resources and stealing from your opponents, to name just a few.

Investment Credits in Mobilising Armies

As we all know, war isn’t cheap, so with Mobilising Armies Jagex is introducing a commodity-exchange system where you can trade in items at the command centre for investment credits.

Investment credits, which can then be exchanged for squads and special units, such as cannons, barricades or exploding chinchompas.

You can also choose to stake investment credits in an impending battle for a larger payout of reward credits, which can in turn be spent on additional items.

More Advantages to Playing Mobilising Armies

There are a variety of rewards for victorious commanders in the new Mobilising Armies Mini-Game.

Mobilising Armies Rewards include

  • Quest kits that let you hold questing tools in one inventory slot,
  • resource locators that’ll teleport you directly to resources such as mining spots and trees
  • “spoils of war”, which are a selection of resources, gold and items that will allow you to train your skills further
